Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Provide day-to-day customer service support
  • Support daily operations including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping
  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, documentation)
  • Coordinate internal requests and follow up as needed
  • Assist with invoicing, supplies, and basic operational tasks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, operations, and customer service experience
  • Strong phone skills and customer service mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask

Preferred

  • Car dealership / parts delivery experience preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced office or operations environment
